Exchange & Repair Policy
At Joules Bar, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handcrafted jewellery. Each piece is thoughtfully made by skilled Indian artisans, and minor variations are part of its unique charm. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide a smooth and supportive exchange and repair experience under specific conditions outlined below:
🔁 Exchange Policy
1. No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

In the event of an issue, we offer exchange or store credit (valid for 1 year), depending on the situation.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges only if:

You receive the wrong product.

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

There are missing components in the order.
Please note:

Exchanges are not offered for sizing or preference issues.

Customized or personalized orders and items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Each product is eligible for one exchange only.

Exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
3. Exchange Charges

A fee of ₹500 (within India) is applicable for pickup & re-shipping.

This fee must be paid in advance before we initiate the pickup process.

If the issue is due to a wrong or defective product, this fee will be waived.
4. Product Condition for Exchange

Product must be unused, untampered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Used or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer.
5. Exchange Processing Time

Once the product is picked up and passes quality check, the exchange will be processed within 15–20 business days, subject to stock availability.
6. International Orders

International orders are not eligible for exchange.

However, if the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery, and we will offer a suitable resolution.
🛠 Repair Policy
We understand that accidents happen. Joules Bar offers a flexible repair policy to help extend the life of your jewellery.
1. Free Repairs

Repairs are free of charge within 1 month of delivery, excluding damage due to mishandling or improper use.

A pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹500 applies.
2. Repairs After 1 Month

For repairs raised after 1 month and up to 6 months:

A nominal repair fee (depending on the scope of work) will be applicable.

₹500 pickup + re-shipping fee will also apply.

Repair eligibility for products older than 6 months will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. What’s Not Covered

Misuse, accidental damage (e.g., broken due to fall), or exposure to chemicals will not be covered under free repair.

Customised/personalised items may not be repairable depending on design.
4. How to Request a Repair
To initiate a repair, please email us at info@joulesbar.com with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos of the damage
Our team will assess the request and confirm next steps within 48 hours.
5. Repair Timeline

Most repairs are completed and shipped back within 3–5 weeks after we receive the item.
