2. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINE

• Every Joules Bar piece is made-to-order and handcrafted by our artisans.
  
  

• Production Time: 7 to 30 working days depending on the design.

Delivery Time: 7-10 days post-production (only for customized products)

• Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days post production.
  
  

• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. DELIVERY & TRACKING

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 6 PM.
  
  

• You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order ships.
  
  

• Joules Bar is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, but we’re happy to assist where possible.
