At Joules Bar, each piece is handcrafted with love, and we begin processing your order as soon as it's placed.

🕒 Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placement.
  
  

• Post-Processing: After 15 minutes, cancellations are not accepted as the order enters the processing phase.
  
  

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

• Customized or Personalized Items: Orders for customized pieces cannot be canceled once placed.
  
  

• Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
